You have not been replaced by AI.

You've been promoted.

You are the person who brings it inside the company. You don't sell licences: you bring an SME a private operating system — agents, workspace, content, touchpoints, custom developments. You stay the face on the ground. We stay the factory.

Let's be clear

Demand didn't disappear.

The product did.

SMEs need someone to help them with technology more than ever. What collapsed is the market value of what you used to deliver.

What you lost

The deliverable

The showcase website, the product sheet, the optimised article, the e-commerce template. Today a model produces them in thirty seconds. They will never be worth what they were worth.

What you did not lose

Trust

You know the entrepreneur, you know how the company works, you know where it loses time, and they pick up the phone. That asset takes years and no model can replicate it.

What we lack

Exactly that

We have a sovereign AI platform, hosted in Switzerland and Europe, that SMEs want. But we cannot be inside a thousand companies at once understanding how they work. You can.

The role

To the client you are the Original Partner.

Inside, you are an architect and a project manager.

DiscoverArchitectDeployEvolveThe first two moves are yours, plus project management. Sovereign deploy and platform evolution are ours.

Discovery

You walk into the company, map the processes, find where time is lost and where an agent can take over repetitive work. It's consulting, and it's the part clients pay for most willingly.

Configuration

Workspace, agents, knowledge base, Voices and website; CRM, ERP, calendar, e-mail. Not a line of code: the platform is already built, you shape it around the company.

Go-live and care

Project management of the go-live with our team, training for the owner and the staff, periodic check-ins. You stay the company's reference, and the relationship stays yours.

What it is not
  • Not white-label: the Original brand and Swiss private AI are the trust asset, and stay visible.
  • Not affiliation: you don't earn by spreading links.
  • Not reselling: whoever ships a site and disappears has no place here.
  • Not development: the platform is not rewritten, it is configured.
What you tell the owner

«I'm not selling you a chatbot. I'm leaving you a working environment where your data stays in Switzerland, Dana prepares your days, and agents handle what you do by hand today. I stay your reference. Original runs the platform.»

How it works

You bring the company. We bring the factory.

Every project breaks down into three functions. You can cover one, two or all three: what you're recognised for follows what you actually did, not the title you hold.

Sales

You find the client, run the first meeting, gather the needs and win the project. If you close it together with us, it's split.

Project management

You coordinate the project: planning, resources, quality and timing. It's the part almost every partner keeps, because that's where the relationship with the owner lives.

Delivery

You configure the platform, integrate the systems, train the users. At the start we do it with you in the cockpit; then you take it over on the scopes you trained for.

What we keep

  • The client contract, invoicing and collection — and therefore the credit risk.
  • The platform, the Swiss infrastructure and its evolution.
  • Second-level technical support and co-delivery on your first two projects.

We go through the numbers together

Percentages, recurring recognition and payment terms are in the document we send after your application and the introductory call. We prefer to explain them out loud, with your clients in front of us, rather than leaving you a table to interpret alone.

The roles

Two roles,

not a complicated hierarchy.

No ladder of levels is needed: what you're recognised for follows the function you perform. There are two qualifications, and you can hold both — which is when the project is entirely yours, from the first call to go-live.

YOUORIGINAL

Original Business Partner

Brings the client and holds the relationship
  • Finds the clients
  • Runs the first meeting
  • Gathers the needs
  • Keeps the relationship over time

Original Delivery Partner

Makes it work inside the company
  • Configures Workspace and the products
  • Coordinates the project
  • Trains the users
  • Provides first-level support

The first group joins as Founding Partners. On your first two projects, mandatorily in co-delivery, our team shadows you without keeping its own project-management share: it stays with you. Plus: visibility in the directory, first refusal on your vertical and a direct channel to management. Between 8 and 15 seats.

The path

From application to the first payment.

Four steps, in this order. We put no dates next to any of them: they depend on your portfolio and your first client, and a deadline we cannot control would only be a promise we hand you with the bill.

01

Application and interview

You fill in the form below, then half an hour on a call with an Original lead. We want to understand which clients you have, two typical clients you would work on and whether you're available for co-delivery — not your revenue. This is where we decide who joins.

02

Practitioner course

One live day or two half days: what Original is, how to run discovery in an SME, how to configure three agents and a knowledge base, how to sell without talking about models, rules of engagement and first deal. You leave with your demo environment live. From there, updates and specialisations are included.

03

The first two projects, with us in shadow

You bring them, you run them, and our team backs you up without appearing in front of the client. It's mandatory, and it protects your name as much as ours.

04

Autonomy and recurring

You start working without shadowing on the scopes you can cover, and the clients you follow stay yours as long as you follow them. It's the part project work never gave you.

Our side

What we put on the table.

A partnership programme is judged on this list. If it's short, you sign up and disappear.

The platformOriginal AI, Workspace, Dana, Voices and Websites — hosted in Switzerland, Zero Data Retention.
The demo environmentA space of your own, with agents already configured on a credible company. You walk in with something live, not slides.
Original AcademyOne entry course, then free updates and vertical specialisations, plus the weekly office hour with the product team.
The Partner KitSales deck, use-case catalogue, AI Opportunity Assessment, discovery checklist, price list, proposal templates, co-branded content.
The PlaybookFive ready recipes per vertical, go-live checklist, how to say no to the wrong client, dedicated channel and office hours.
The adminContract, invoice, collection and credit risk stay with us. You issue a single invoice, to us.
Honesty

It's not

for everyone.

We'd rather say it now than after the interview.

  • If you only want the commission without touching the client, this programme will waste your time.
  • If you want to rebrand everything as your own, no: the Original brand is the trust asset toward the SME.
  • If you promise "magic AI in 48 hours", the damage lands on our name — and the collaboration ends immediately.
  • If you've never spoken to an SME owner, the Academy alone will not be enough.
Application

Tell us who you are.

Five minutes. We answer everyone, even when the answer is no. If we move forward, we talk for half an hour and then send you the full document, with the economic model in detail.

We process your data only to evaluate the application. No newsletter, no sharing with third parties.

Questions

The ones everybody asks.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The platform is configured, not developed. What you need is the ability to read a company's processes and manage a project: if you've delivered e-commerce or complex sites, you already think the right way.

Who invoices the client?

The recommended setup is that Original Land invoices: it signs the contract, issues the invoices, collects and takes the credit risk. You issue a single invoice, to us. It's not mandatory: if you prefer to invoice your client directly you can, on the same terms — in that case we invoice you for the part we delivered.

Does the client stay mine?

The relationship is yours and it's recognised for as long as you hold it. In the recommended setup the contract is with Original Land: that's what removes your bad-debt risk and guarantees a price list nobody can undercut. We don't make proposals to your client without involving you, and the same goes the other way.

When do we talk numbers?

In the introductory call, and in the full document we send right after. There you'll find percentages per function, recurring recognition, payment terms and rules of engagement, written out in full. We don't put them on a public page because out of context they read badly.

What does it cost to join?

The application and the call cost nothing. The entry course day has a participation fee covering hard costs — room and lunch — and it filters out people who only sign up for free AI training. We tell you in the call, along with everything else. Later updates and specialisations are included.

Are there exclusive territories?

No exclusivity without results, for a precise reason: exclusives lock a territory to a partner who may stop producing. Whoever holds a recognised specialisation gets first refusal on leads from their area or vertical.

And if I stop following a client?

The project can be transferred to Original Land or to another partner, and the recurring recognition with it. It's the counterpart of the fact that the recognition arrives without you having to resell anything: it's paid for care, not seniority.
